Kym Langer

Kym is Head of Welfare for Banijay UK, overseeing all contributor welfare for Remarkable Entertainment and Banijay sister company Initial.  She was the first Senior Welfare Producer on Big Brother at Endemol in 2007, collaborating on many of the welfare processes that are still used throughout the industry today.

Kym works across all Remarkable Entertainment's titles including Building The Band for Netflix, and Deal or No Deal and Tipping Point for ITV, as well as advising on welfare processes for productions in development.  

She created the welfare protocols for Remarkable reality show Survivor for BBC1 and Genius Game for ITV, alongside her work on Big Brother.

Prior to her return to Banijay in 2022, Kym was the Welfare Executive for Unscripted at Lime Pictures and oversaw the welfare of contributors and cast members for all productions including The Only Way is Essex, Geordie Shore and Celebs Go Dating.
